Echo Incorporated has a technical website for Echo and Shindaiwa Servicing Dealers. This site offers the following:

• Lookup of parts bulletins, service bulletins, parts breakdowns, and owner’s manuals by model
• Product registration and registration lookup
• Warranty claim input
• Service news

This site is for dealers only and is password protected. In order for you to take advantage of this website, we need the following registration information:

• Dealership name
• Dealership contact person's name (first and last)
• Dealership contact person's position with your company
• Dealership contact person's email address
• Dealership account number

Please email this information to bchick@goldeneagledist.com and we will get your dealership registered. After we submit your registration information to Echo, they will email you back a temporary password. The first time you sign on, you will be prompted to create your own password for future use.
